Madeline L. Stein

Madeline Stein is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. Maddy focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, counseling and internal investigations.

Maddy’s employment litigation experience includes defending employers in claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other violations of federal and state employment law. In addition to her litigation practice, Maddy has extensive experience advising clients on all types of employment issues, preparing employee handbooks, and conducting internal investigations.
