Darby B. Hobbs

Darby Hobbs is an associate in the firm’s Advertising Law Practice, where she focuses on regulatory and civil litigation matters, including consumer protection, privacy, and data security.

Darby has experience assisting clients regarding advertising campaigns, claim reviews, label reviews and green/environmental claims. She has assisted with FTC investigations, state attorney general inquiries and direct sales matters.

She also assists with privacy and data security matters including reviewing data privacy agreements, assessing breach notifications, guidance on consumer credit reporting laws and background check laws and tracking regulatory developments related to state and national privacy legislation.
