Andrea deLorimier focuses her practice on consumer protection and advertising law. She represents clients in matters involving claim substantiation, dark patterns, endorsements and reviews, automatic renewals, sweepstakes and contests, and artificial intelligence. She assists in Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer protection investigations and regularly represents clients in National Advertising Division (NAD) proceedings.

Andrea also has significant privacy law experience counseling companies regarding compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Health Breach Notification Rule, and state privacy laws.

She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
