The American Lawyer reported on Kelley Drye’s merger with well-respected Texas boutique Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs in the article Kelley Drye Enters Texas With Acquisition of 14-Lawyer Boutique.” Known for being an environmental litigation powerhouse, Jackson Gilmour served as special counsel to the New Jersey attorney general and helped secure more than $355 million to cover cleanup costs and damages caused by the dumping of hazardous substances into the Passaic River.
