Terry Frederic Recognized in 2024 National Black Lawyers’ ​“Top 40 Under 40” List

Kelley Drye is pleased to announce that International Trade associate Terry Frederic has been selected by The National Black Lawyers (NBL) for inclusion in its ​“Top 40 Under 40” list for 2024.

The list honors African American lawyers under the age of 40 from each state or region who demonstrate superior leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and profile amongst their peers, the judiciary, and the public. Honorees are selected after a rigorous nomination and vetting process. Current members of the NBL nominate fellow attorneys and are evaluated based on a variety of factors, including notable achievements, settlements, and verdicts as a lawyer, and demonstrated leadership in other national and state specialty lawyer organizations.

Based in Washington, D.C., Terry’s practice primarily focuses on export control and sanctions compliance. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Terry clerked for the Honorable Claire R. Kelly at the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York, NY.
