Law Firm Elects Three New Partners, Promotes Seven to Special Counsel

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has elected Jennifer Bedoya, Cliff Katz and Aaron Rosenfeld to partner and promoted seven attorneys to special counsel, effective July 1, 2017.

The new Kelley Drye partners serve clients within the following areas of focus:

Jennifer Bedoya, Real Estate
Jennifer focuses on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. She has negotiated and closed transactions involving virtually all types of commercial real estate assets, including office developments, retail properties, industrial projects, hotels and apartment complexes. Jennifer’s experience buying, selling, developing, managing, borrowing, lending and leasing has provided her a broad and deep view of the real estate finance market. She is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Bars.

Cliff Katz, Pharmaceutical Litigation
Cliff represents generic pharmaceutical companies in complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience with Hatch-Waxman patent litigation, pharmaceutical pricing, federal and state false claims acts, consumer protection laws, class actions, breach of contract claims, fraud cases, and Medicaid and Medicare issues affecting the health care sector. Cliff is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.

Aaron Rosenfeld, Real Estate/Hospitality/Corporate
Aaron is a transactional attorney who advises clients on commercial real estate deals, including real estate development, hospitality asset transactions, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial lending and general corporate and contractual matters. He represents purchasers, sellers and financing parties in various transactions spanning a wide range of industries and deal structures. Aaron is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

Cameron Argetsinger, Matt Basile, Melissa Byroade, Michael Dover, Beth Johnson, Dino Koutsoubas, and Jaclyn Metzinger were promoted to special counsel.
