Kelley Drye Represents Creditors’ Committee in RMH Franchise Holdings

On May 24, 2018, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of RMH Franchise Holdings, Inc. The company, which is the second-largest franchisee in the more than 2,000-restaurant Applebee’s chain, commenced chapter 11 proceedings in Delaware on May 8, 2018.
The creditors’ committee includes STORE Capital, McLane Foodservice, Inc. and Chamora Ivery.
