Kelley Drye Represents Creditors’ Committee in Logan’s Roadhouse Bankruptcy

On August 19, 2016, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Logan’s Roadhouse Inc. On August 8, 2016, Logan’s Roadhouse filed for bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case is pending before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon.

Founded in 1991 in Lexington, Kentucky, Logan’s Roadhouse is a steakhouse chain based in Nashville, Tennessee. Logan’s Roadhouse currently has 230 company owned restaurants and 26 franchised locations in 23 states. The company plans to restructure its debt, close underperforming locations and confirm a pre-negotiated plan by November 7, 2016.
