Kelley Drye Names Dean Loventhal Co-Chair of Real Estate Practice Group

Dean Loventhal, partner in the New York office, has been named co-chair of the Real Estate practice group.  In collaboration with partner Paul Keenan, Dean will oversee and manage the group, which represents clients in all types of real estate transactions throughout the nation.

Dean’s practice involves all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture developments, sale leasebacks, loan sales and purchases, and various forms of financings on behalf of borrowers and lenders across all types of real estate.  He has significant experience representing owners and investors in credit tenant lease transactions, including the purchase, sale, leasing, development and financing of various net leased properties.
