Partner Wayne D’Angelo was quoted in the Independent Record article ​“Wolverine case being heard in Missoula court asks if FWS made rational decision.” The article describes the case of Center for Biological Diversity et. al. v. Interior Secretary Sally Jewell in which the two sides argued whether an agency decision denying Endangered Species Act protection to wolverines was reasonable or arbitrary. Mr. D’Angelo spoke on behalf of the American Petroleum Institute and Montana Petroleum Institute, noting that they worried they might face exploration limits if the wolverine got new federal protection.
