Kelley Drye’s representation of the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) in an amicus brief was noted in the American Lawyer article, ​“Delaware Supreme Court Restricts Third-Party Life Insurance Sales but Keeps Market Alive.” The article reported on a decision of the Delaware Supreme Court that allows insurance companies to challenge ​“life settlement” investors who purchase life insurance policies from third parties.
