Too Many Trademarks

Special counsel Patricia Werner will join a panel discussion addressing the proliferation of Chinese trademark filings in the USPTO.  Topics include addressing the increased demand for U.S. registrations, the significant growth of e-commerce retailing and concerns about pseudo brands. The program is part of The New York City Bar Association Fashion Law Committee.
