On June 5, 2012, of counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein moderated the panel discussion Defining Abusive’ in Abusive Practices.’ ” The discussion is part of the AGEP Policy Institute program focusing on financial services regulation, which addressed topics such as the economics of financial consumer protection, regulatory cost/benefit analysis with applications under Dodd-Frank, mobile/online privacy and security, and the framing of regulatory policy for the financial services industry. The panel that Ms. Bernstein moderated included: Frank M. Sallinger, general counsel for the Card Coalition; Andrew J. Pincus, partner at Mayer Brown; and, Arthur E. Wilmarth, Jr., professor of law at The George Washington University Law School and executive director of Center for Law, Economics and Finance.
