Annual Meeting of The Florida Bar – Florida Supreme Court Complex Civil Litigation Task Force

Partner Bob Haig was one of three representatives from other states who were invited to meet with the Florida Supreme Court Complex Civil Litigation Task Force during the recent Annual Meeting of The Florida Bar in Orlando. Bob and two Judges from Arizona and California participated in a panel discussion and a public hearing conducted by the Task Force which the Florida Supreme Court has asked to develop rules and procedures to improve the handling of complex civil cases in Florida state courts. Bob has also been active in efforts to create business courts in many other states and foreign countries.
