2022 Tariff Update: The Current Scope and Enforcement of 232 and 301 Tariffs and What Opportunities and Risks Still Exist for U.S. Companies
Kelley Drye Webinar
June 1, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (EDT)
It’s been three years since the U.S. Department of Commerce instituted 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum, closely followed by the Trump Administration’s imposition of 301 tariffs on goods from China. While these tariffs are still in place, their breadth and scope have changed and the Biden Administration will begin a review of the first set of 301 tariffs in July 2022. In this one-hour webinar, Kelley Drye International Trade Special Counsel, Melissa Brewer, and Senior Associate, Joshua Morey, will be joined by International Trade partner, Brooke Ringel, for a discussion of the changing landscape of 232 and 301 tariffs and related litigation, as well as enforcement trends for these and other tariffs on imported goods, and the risks and opportunities presented for U.S. companies.
