Shea O'Meara

Shea O’Meara represents clients in a variety of litigation disputes including breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and regulatory enforcement. Her practice includes prosecuting fraudulent transfer claims arising from corporate restructurings. She assists clients at all stages of litigation, including state Attorneys General investigations and discovery, dispositive motion practice.

Shea began her career as a New York City public school teacher working in the Bronx. She later joined Intelligence Squared, an NPR and live event series, where she held several editorial and development roles including as the show’s Director of Editorial. While in law school, Shea was a law clerk for the House Select Committee on the Coronavirus Crisis.
