Sarah Fabian, an associate in the firm’s Stamford office, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and general corporate matters.

In alternative investment space, Sarah represents investors in closing complex private investments in public equity and registered direct offerings, as well as ADR/ADS offerings, and financings of special purpose acquisition companies. She also has experience advising issuers in initial public offerings, and has counseled both issuers and underwriters in at-the-market offerings.

Sarah represents buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border stock, asset, merger and reorganization transactions in myriad industries including technology, telecommunications, aerospace, insurance, manufacturing, fashion, and media productions.

Sarah also handles issues involving formation, as well as negotiating and reviewing a wide range of business and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Sarah interned at Christie’s New York office in both the Intellectual Property and Disputes Resolution legal teams. While at Fordham Law, Sarah also interned at the University’s Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property & Information Law Clinic.

Sarah was President of the Fordham Art Law Society and formerly co-chaired the Young Lawyer’s Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association in Connecticut.
