Allison Schenkman helps clients close real estate deals. Each step of the way, she identifies potential impediments and develops creative and pragmatic solutions.

With a focus on complex commercial real estate transactions, Allison has closed deals ranging from a few million dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. She represents commercial banks, REITs, debt funds, institutional lenders, insurance companies, and owners in connection with CMBS, balance sheet, and mezzanine loan originations, loan participations, and syndications.

Allison has extensive experience with multi-borrower and portfolio transactions secured by a variety of asset classes, including self-storage, student housing, mixed-use, retail, office and medical office, multifamily, limited and full-service hotels, and industrial properties.

Allison helps her clients obtain financing for the acquisition and renovation of various distressed assets. She has also handled refinancing for a variety of assets, including a partial interest in a ground lease covering a mixed-use multi-condominium project, a portfolio of mixed-use properties in Puerto Rico, and Class A office and retail properties in New York.
