Representative Experience:
Part of defense team that represented an individual accused of alleged payment of kickbacks to medical equipment distribution company. Judge granted motion for judgment of acquittal at conclusion of government's case in chief.
Currently a member of team that serves as National Coordinating Counsel for Life Fitness, a division of Brunswick Corporation. Experience has included the coordination and direction of local litigation counsel.
Other experience has included litigation of adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, toxic substance cases including ethylene oxide and asbestos, false advertising, trade secrets, tortious interference and various related commercial claims. |
